For customers outside our doorstep zones, we offer pickup-and-drop repair by insured courier.
How it works
- We pick it up — a courier collects your device from your address, insured and sealed.
- We repair it — our technician diagnoses it at our service hub and shares a clear quote. You approve before any work.
- We deliver it back — fully tested and packed, shipped back to your door, insured both ways.
Charges
A small advance covers two-way shipping and diagnosis, charged before pickup. The repair amount is paid only after you approve the quote.
Turnaround
Typical turnaround is 2–5 working days from pickup to delivery, depending on the model, parts and your location. We keep you updated at each stage by WhatsApp/SMS.
Insurance & safety
Your device is insured in transit both ways. We photograph it on arrival and use sealed, tamper-evident packaging.
