Pay after repair
For most doorstep repairs you pay only after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — so there's nothing to refund if you don't proceed.
Diagnosis & advance
- On-site diagnosis is free for doorstep visits.
- For pickup-and-drop orders, a small advance covers two-way shipping and diagnosis. If, after inspection, you decide not to proceed, we return your device — the shipping/diagnosis advance is non-refundable as it covers real courier + technician cost. The repair amount is never charged unless you approve.
If a repair fails
If a repair we performed fails within the warranty period for the same fault, we re-repair it free (see Warranty Policy). If we cannot resolve it, we refund the repair amount for that part/service.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Not covered
- Pre-existing faults unrelated to the repair performed.
- Damage caused after the repair (drops, liquid, tampering).
- Change of mind after a part has been fitted and approved.
