Doorstep repairs
You can cancel any doorstep booking free of charge any time before the technician begins the repair. There's no advance and no penalty.
After diagnosis
If you decide not to proceed after the technician has diagnosed the device, that's fine — on-site diagnosis is free for doorstep visits, so there's nothing to pay.
Pickup-and-drop orders
- Before pickup: cancel free; if you've paid the shipping/diagnosis advance and the courier hasn't been dispatched, it's refunded.
- After pickup: the shipping/diagnosis advance is non-refundable (it covers real courier + technician cost); we return your device and you owe nothing further unless you approved a repair.
