Warranty Policy

Every repair is backed by a warranty on the part and labour, so you can book with confidence.
Warranty period
The warranty depends on the part you choose, and is shown clearly before you confirm:
- Genuine / OEM-grade parts — up to 12 months.
- Premium compatible parts — 3 months (MacBook) / 6 months (other devices), as shown at booking.
- Diagnosis-only / on-site quote repairs — covered per the specific work done, confirmed on your invoice.
What's covered
- Failure of the replaced part for the same fault within the warranty period.
- The labour for that specific repair.
What's not covered
- Physical damage after the repair (drops, cracks, bending).
- Liquid damage after the repair.
- Tampering, or repair attempted by anyone else after us.
- A different fault, or a pre-existing issue we didn't repair.
- Normal wear (e.g. gradual battery ageing within spec).
How to claim
Contact us on WhatsApp or at support@rebyte.in with your booking reference. If the claim is valid, we re-repair free of charge — at your doorstep or by pickup-and-drop, depending on your location.
Important
Keep your invoice/booking reference — it's your warranty proof.
