- Device details — model and reported issue — to quote and repair accurately.
- Payment details — handled securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card details.
- Usage data — first-party, privacy-friendly analytics (no third-party cookies, no personal tracking).
How we use it
We use your information only to provide and improve our Services: to dispatch a technician, share quotes and updates, process payments, and support you. We may send service updates by WhatsApp, SMS or push notification.
What we never do
We never sell your personal data. We never access the contents of your device. Most repairs are done in front of you; where a device goes to our hub, your data stays untouched.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary with: our technicians (to do the repair), our payment partner (to process payment), and our logistics partner (for pickup-and-drop orders). Each is bound to handle your data responsibly.
