These Terms govern your use of the Rebyte website, apps and doorstep/pickup repair services ("Services"). By booking a repair or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

Rebyte provides doorstep and pickup-and-drop repair for mobiles, laptops, MacBooks and PCs. A certified technician diagnoses your device, shares a transparent quote, and carries out the repair only after your approval. You pay only after the repair is completed to your satisfaction (unless an advance is required for a pickup-and-drop or custom-build order).

2. Quotes & pricing

Prices shown during booking are indicative. The final price is confirmed by the technician after inspecting your device — it may change depending on the exact model, part grade, condition, and any additional faults found. No work begins without your approval of the final price.

3. Parts & warranty

We offer genuine/OEM-grade and premium-compatible parts. The warranty period depends on the part you choose and is shown before you confirm. Warranty terms are detailed in our Warranty Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Back up your data before any repair. We are not responsible for data loss.
  • Provide accurate device, contact and address details.
  • Remove any device lock/password if requested, so we can test the repair.

5. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific repair. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, data loss, or issues unrelated to the repair performed.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
